Comino Caves

By nickbeeny - Posted on 02 June 2008

Comino is a small island that is part of Malta, it lies between malta and the other island of Gozo, in water known as the Comino Channel.

Located off the Ghemieri headland are quite a number of caves and these can be seen form the surface, these make up the Comino Caves and provide a great site for some diving.

The caves are quite shallow and very easy to navigate, features include big shoals of seabream and a small reef full of marine life.
